Worried that your zucchini and yellow squash will cross and you will get something strange?
If you are growing for the squash itself and not the seed you don’t have to worry about it.
Since corn, peas, and beans are grown for eating the seed you do need to keep different varieties separate if you want to harvest what you planted. If you grow blue and white corn you will likely get corn that has kernels of each. As long as they are both types of sweet corn you can still harvest, cook, and eat your corn as usual.
